Hi, I’m Syahda Nauril Azkiya, an SEO and Content Specialist at Kitameraki. Outside of work, I enjoy slowing down by reading, playing mobile games, watching movies, and listening to music. Lately, I’ve been spending more time reading classic literature.
My role focuses on increasing a company’s visibility in search engines. At its core, SEO is about making sure a website appears in search results when it’s most relevant, so people who are actively looking for information can find the right content. You can think of Google as a huge library, where each website is a book. SEO acts as the librarian, placing each book on the right shelf with the right title so it can be discovered by the right readers.
On a typical day, I research what people are searching for, look at how our pages perform, and shape content around user questions and needs while staying aligned with business goals. Over time, the aim is to attract the right audience, encourage meaningful actions, and support conversions and revenue.
Like any role, challenges are inevitable. For me, one of them is balancing SEO best practices with writing that still feels natural and enjoyable. Search behavior, trends, and algorithms will keep changing, especially as AI continues to shape how people consume information. What stays constant is the need for content to be useful, clear, and relevant to search intent. Learning to move with those changes is what makes the work interesting.
I enjoy my job a lot Much of the work happens quietly, and when a blog starts gaining traffic and supports conversions over time, it feels rewarding in a very tangible way. Being in a place where your work is trusted and given room to grow makes that experience even better.
What attracted me to Kitameraki is the space it operates in. From my own experience as a customer, I’ve often encountered businesses where services felt slow, systems felt disconnected, or simple requests took longer than they should. Those moments made me curious about what was happening behind the scenes. When I came across Kitameraki, it felt like the kind of partner those businesses actually need, even if they don’t yet know how to describe their problems or what to search for. From an SEO and content perspective, I saw an opportunity to build brand awareness by helping businesses recognize those challenges first and then understand how Kitameraki fits into that picture.
The meaning behind the name also resonates with me. “Kita” means us, and “Meraki” speaks to doing something with care and intention. Collaboration is a big part of my role, but so is personal ownership. I try to bring genuine intention into every piece of content and strategy I create, from researching deeply to refining details that improve clarity and usefulness. That sense of care shows up differently for everyone at Kitameraki, but it is something we all share.
Over time, I’ve learned that doing well here requires a strong sense of ownership. Clear communication matters, especially when sharing ideas or explaining how you think. Being open to feedback, thinking critically, and staying willing to improve have helped me grow, not just at Kitameraki, but in how I approach my work overall.
For me, doing good work starts with understanding what we are really trying to solve and how we want to be perceived by the people we serve. Having that clarity makes the work more intentional and effective. I believe Kitameraki’s success comes from consistently delivering clear, measurable results while building trust along the way. That trust creates long-term value, not only for clients, but also for the people working behind the scenes.
