Hi, I'm Halim, a Fullstack Developer at Kitameraki. I’ve been working in software engineering for several years, building and maintaining systems across different areas of technology. I enjoy solving problems, improving performance, and creating reliable products that make an impact. For me, engineering is not just about code; it’s about understanding how everything connects to deliver real value to people. I also enjoy creating and experimenting, from 3D printing and building RC cars to customizing keyboards. I also like exploring new tools and technologies because it keeps me inspired and helps me grow as a developer.

A Fullstack Developer works on both the frontend and backend sides of a system. It means bridging the gap between how things look and how they work behind the scenes. Right now, I’m still in the onboarding phase at Kitameraki, learning about the team’s processes, tools, and projects before moving into active development.

The main challenge is finding the right balance between speed, structure, and scalability. Technology changes fast, and every project has its own complexity. It’s important to stay adaptable, make thoughtful decisions, and continuously improve the way we build software.

The best part of working at Kitameraki is the culture and the people. Everyone here is open, helpful, and passionate about what they do. It’s inspiring to work in an environment where learning and collaboration are encouraged every day.

I was drawn to Kitameraki’s culture and values. The company puts a strong focus on creativity, teamwork, and meaningful work. It’s the kind of place where I can grow as an engineer and contribute to something I believe in. For me, Kitameraki means building with passion and care. I try to give attention to detail in everything I do, from backend logic to frontend experience. It’s about creating something that feels thoughtful, useful, and lasting.

The essential skills for succeeding at Kitameraki are be curious, communicate clearly, and take ownership. Success here comes from being proactive, willing to learn, and supporting your team. Growth happens when everyone works together and shares knowledge openly. Kitameraki’s success comes from people who genuinely care about their work. Every project is built with creativity, teamwork, and attention to quality. That shared mindset is what keeps the company strong and moving forward.
