Hi everyone! My name is Alwan Jauza Rosyad. I recently relocated to Yogyakarta to join the team at Kitameraki as a Junior Full Stack Developer. In my spare time, I love staying active through sports like running, playing futsal, and badminton. When I need to unwind, I enjoy relaxing and watching movies. I also highly value personal development, so I spend a good amount of time reading books to gain new perspectives and broaden my understanding of the world.
As a Junior Full Stack Developer, my day to day work revolves around collaborating closely with the rest of the development team to build robust, web based Software as a Service (SaaS) applications. My core responsibilities include writing clean code, troubleshooting and fixing existing bugs, and always staying alert for new improvements or updates that can be applied to our ongoing projects. The main goal is to continuously develop and strengthen these applications to ensure they are as reliable, efficient, and user friendly as possible.
One of the main challenges in this role is navigating the daily complexities of active projects whether that means tracking down the root cause of a tricky bug or ensuring that new updates integrate seamlessly without disrupting existing features. However, that challenge is exactly what makes the job so rewarding. There is a great sense of satisfaction when we successfully resolve a complex issue together as a team and see the application become more stable and powerful. I was drawn to Kitameraki because it provides a supportive environment where I can learn, contribute, and grow alongside incredibly talented people.
The philosophy of Kitameraki perfectly aligns with my daily work. "Kita" (We) represents the constant collaboration and communication I share with my fellow developers; building strong, resilient software is absolutely a team effort. "Meraki" putting a piece of yourself into what you do translates to the dedication I bring to my role. Whether I am hunting down a bug, brainstorming a new feature update, or reading up on ways to improve my personal workflow, I try to approach every task with care and commitment.
If I could share a piece of advice for succeeding at Kitameraki, it would be to stay curious, be proactive in seeking out improvements, and never hesitate to lean on your team. The digital landscape moves fast, so a willingness to learn and adapt is crucial. Ultimately, I believe Kitameraki's success is driven by its people: a supportive, forward thinking team that is always ready to help each other build better solutions.
