Hi! I’m Muhammad Daffa Zakaria. I graduated from Telkom University with a degree in Electrical Engineering. Today, I work as an Application Support at Kitameraki. In my free time, I love listening to music, cooking, brewing coffee at home, and playing games. These hobbies help me recharge and stay creative.
As an Application Support, my main responsibilities include handling customer inquiries through email, reporting issues or bugs to the developers, and performing application testing to support the development team. While the role may not always involve highly technical challenges, it does require patience and kindness when communicating with customers, which I believe is just as important as technical expertise.
One of the best parts of my job is the chance to continuously learn. Even through assisting developers, I gain new knowledge and insights every day. I especially enjoy testing because it often leads to unexpected findings. It makes me curious to ask: what happened, and why? That curiosity helps me grow.
At Kitameraki, I feel I can develop in many ways, from building technical knowledge to improving soft skills. The meaning of Kitameraki also inspires me. “Kita” in Indonesian means “we” or “people,” and “Meraki” in Greek means to do something with soul, creativity, or love. To me, this translates into teamwork. When we work together and support each other, we can achieve more.
My advice for succeeding at Kitameraki is simple: work hard, never give up, and always learn from your mistakes without repeating them. I believe the success of Kitameraki comes from both the values the company upholds and the skills and dedication of the people who make up the team.
