Hi, my name is Ronald Supriadinata, and I’m currently working as a Business Intelligence (BI) Consultant at Kitameraki. I’m passionate about transforming data into meaningful insights that empower businesses to make better, faster decisions. My journey in BI is driven by curiosity and a strong interest in understanding how data can uncover patterns, trends, and opportunities that support strategic growth. Outside of work, I enjoy meditation, writing stories, cooking, and spending quality time with family and friends. I also like reading about productivity and tech trends, and sometimes unwind with games or classic movies.

As a BI Consultant, my responsibilities focus on developing end-to-end BI solutions—from designing robust data models and optimizing data pipelines to building insightful reports and dashboards. I also create advanced DAX calculations in Power BI and ensure the accuracy and usability of data across various sources. Beyond the technical work, I collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into practical, data-driven solutions that support decision-making at all levels.

Working in BI comes with unique challenges, such as aligning complex business requirements with technical solutions and ensuring that data-driven insights are presented in a way that’s both clear and actionable for diverse stakeholders. These challenges push me to continuously improve my problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

For me, Kitameraki represents creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning. The company’s culture encourages sharing knowledge, exploring innovative solutions, and supporting one another, which motivates me to grow both technically and personally. I believe that combining technical expertise with business understanding is key to delivering impactful results for clients.
