Hi! My name is Oddy Ramadhan. I graduated from Diponegoro University with a degree in Computer Engineering. In my free time, I love staying active through sports, spending time with friends, exploring new places, and finding ways to relax after a productive week.
As a frontend developer, I focus on transforming ideas into intuitive and impactful digital experiences that align with both user needs and business goals. My work involves understanding what users truly need, collaborating closely with teams to turn concepts into seamless interfaces, and ensuring that every product we build feels purposeful and meaningful. I believe great products are born from empathy, attention to detail, and a commitment to creating real value.
Every project brings its own challenges, especially when balancing technical feasibility with evolving requirements but these moments drive me to grow, adapt, and think creatively. The most rewarding part is seeing the tangible impact of my work and being part of a team that values innovation, collaboration, and people.
What drew me to Kitameraki was its philosophy. “Kita” means we, while “Meraki” means to work with soul and passion. For me, that means putting care into every detail, collaborating with intention, and creating work that reflects both skill and heart. In the end, working at Kitameraki is not just about delivering software. It’s about building with purpose, creativity, and care.
