Hi! I'm Dhafin Putra Aldi, a recent Software Engineering graduate from Telkom University Bandung. I am currently working as a Junior Technology Consultant at Kitameraki, bringing innovative solutions to the forefront of technology.
A Junior Technology Consultant is an entry-level professional who helps organizations with their technology needs. Their role involves assisting clients or internal teams with technology-related issues and implementing solutions to improve efficiency. Some common challenges are handling diverse technical issues. I need to deal with a wide range of technical problems, from software glitches to hardware malfunctions, and need to troubleshoot effectively.
Other than that, communication skills are also one of the most challenging aspects because I often need to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users or clients. This requires a delicate balance between technical expertise and effective communication, as the consultant must convey information in a way that empowers users to understand and implement solutions. The best part of working at Kitameraki is that everyone is willing to help me overcome those challenges, and they are always open to suggestions. So far, I have enjoyed my time working here.
The key to succeeding in this role involves having a friendly and patient attitude when helping people with technology issues; teamwork and time management skills are crucial, along with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Keeping detailed notes and contributing to shared knowledge helps in handling common issues efficiently, which is what I learned from working at Kitameraki. All of these values, combined, drove Kitameraki to success and to keep growing.
