For our newly incorporated company in Jakarta, we are looking for an HR, GA & Marketing Admin.
You will be responsible to execute administrative tasks, including, but no limited to:
Supervise the Company's documentations:
- Coordinate with 3rd party services company so that Accounting, Tax and Payroll processes run smoothly
- Build Standard Operational Procedures
- Draft employee contract and HR related documents
- Sign HR related documents on behalf of the company
Sales & Marketing Admin
- Draft quotation, contract, sales invoices
- Build company marketing tool (banner, flyer)
- Promote company on Social media (build IG/Linkedin post)

Minimum BSc, preferably in Accounting or Sales & Marketing
Good command of English (written and speaking) - Mandatory
Familiar with Microsoft Office tool - Mandatory
Familiar with Graphi Design tool - Mandatory
Familiar with Tax, Accounting, HR, Payroll and BPJS a plus
